GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE

VALIDITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For any commercial relationships between the customer and us the following terms and conditions hold true. Any other GTBs are explicitly marked as invalid by this paragraph.

LICENSING AGREEMENT

Your purchase and use of all types of software available or purchasable on this website ("Software") is conditional upon you as the customer and licensee ("you"), agreeing to the Licence Agreement, a copy of which can be found here. Acceptance shall bind you and all of your employees to the terms of this agreement. Please print a copy of this agreement for your records.

ORDER CONTRACT

A valid order contract between you (the customer) and us (the deliverer) is ratified if you fill out the order form on the OrbitDB Shop website, press 'Submit Order' and get an order confirmation e-mail. The order confirmation e-mail contains the bank account data and the amount of money to be transferred to our account in order to fulfil the contract. If within 20 days the money has not arrived on our account, the order contract is treated as cancelled by you (the customer). In this case there is no delivery of the Software.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

The only currently available payment method is prepayment by money transfer to our bank account. As soon as the money has arrived on our account, usually within 2-3 working days (and always within 12 working days), the Software is delivered by email to you. The delivery (shipping) email is taken from the order form. By the postal way, your personal license key will be sent to you, together with the invoice. CAUTION: You are strictly forbidden to send the software-delivery email or the license key to any other email address to which persons other than you have access. If within 20 days after ordering you have not received the Software, you will be refunded - please write us per email or fax in this case.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Your privacy is important to us. Therefore we do not collect personal data, such as your email or IP address by default. If you submit the support form or purchase Software you will be required to supply us with your contact details. We will use and manage this information in accordance with our Privacy Statement, a copy of which can be found here. By downloading or purchasing the Software, you acknowledge that you consent to us using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
